Outside the "Shehuna" there is no interaction the buildings are set far from the road and are high and actually block the view towards the neighborhood.
The old housing building takes in the newly built building. The new buildings use the leftover spaces that were dedicated to the public activity in the older buildings. This new combination of the old and the new enhance the relationship between the neighbors in the building.
